Dear North-East Fife Members!
Have you been to Glenrothes yet? (I know some of you have, because we've seen
you there).
If you've not been yet, have you seen the e-mail below from SNP Leader Alex Salmond?
If
you have, am I apologising for forwarding it to you so that you can see it again? (No, I'm not!)
Do you want
us to win this by-election? If you do, please think seriously about whether you can turn up at the Markinch campaign rooms
between now and polling day. There's still time to make a difference.
You are the SNP and the SNP needs you!
By-elections are not won by members hoping we will win them. They're won by hard slog.
We are in the end
game now. As Alex says, Labour are putting on a spurt too and for the first time they are expressing a degree of hope. So,
it's really close. All the more need for as many of us as possible to get over there.
The weekend is always a
big push and this is the last weekend. there will be lots of committed SNP activists there - they'll come from Carluke, Dunbar and
Fraserburgh. (No kidding - we have worked with a pair from Carluke and seen them at Markinch four times over recent weeks).
There's
always food provided at weekends too. Make sure all the other workers don't get to the table first. Imagine winning this
one! Now go and make it happen!
